Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PrandiYum website and services (the “Service”), operated by PrandiYum Nusantara Digital (“PrandiYum”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not access or use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

1.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

1.2 Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as needed.

1.3 Store and Product Rules

• Each user may only register one store account.

• Each store may list a maximum of ten (10) food products.

• Only food products that are cooked or produced by your own store may be posted.

• Users who own more than five (5) physical stores are not eligible to register.

• You may only post about a product after purchasing it from another user.

1.4 Posting and Tagging Content

• All content must be related to food products.

• You may post photos with or without the actual product image, but the post form will automatically tag:

• the product,

• the store, and

• the user

• Tagged users have the right to remove unwanted photos they are tagged in.

1.5 User Content

You are solely responsible for any content you post, upload, or share on the Service. You retain ownership of your intellectual property, but by posting content, you grant PrandiYum a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, distribute, and modify it in connection with the Service.

2. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes;

• Post unlawful, offensive, or misleading content;

• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation;

• Interfere with or disrupt the Service;

• Attempt unauthorized access to the Service or other systems;

• Violate any of the store or content rules outlined in Section 1.3 and 1.4.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 Content

The Service and its original content are owned by PrandiYum and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

3.2 Trademarks

You may not use PrandiYum’s trademarks without prior written permission.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user account at our discretion, especially for violations of our store or posting policies.

5. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

PrandiYum will not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages related to:

• Use or inability to use the Service;

• Third-party content;

• Loss or misuse of your data;

• Unauthorized access to your account or content.

8. Changes to Terms
